This striking modern villa in Gurugram features expansive glass facades, floating concrete planes, and double-height living areas. The challenge was to manage climate and acoustics across these voluminous zones. We implemented custom thermal zones integrated with linear air diffusers, keeping the spaces comfortable without visible mechanical elements.

A luxury lighting control package from Legrand Bticino integrates keypads that operate lights, security, and audio scenes from a single tactile faceplate. The entire property is integrated into a unified smart-home system accessible via custom touch-panels or mobile devices.
